Since 1979, BC Endurance has been a source of long-distance racing competence for recreational athletes in Hawai‘i. Since the pandemic, we have added long-term health and fitness education to our mix of enjoyable and sustainable weekly workouts.

Summer Trail and Strength Training

May – July 2025
Our 10-week Summer Trails and Strength program includes: Trail workouts on Saturday mornings that build your long run (jog or walk) ability on the best of O‘ahu’s mountain and shoreline trails.
Power workouts on Monday and Wednesday evenings that build core strength, agility, balance, flexibility and mental calm.

Mile-to-Marathon Program Enrollment Open

August – December 2025
The oldest marathon training program in Honolulu; our 17-week program offers expert guidance and a supporting training community for the race of your choice (mile, 10K or full marathon) at the Honolulu Marathon on December 13.

New Flexible Fee Structure

Train 1, 2 or 3 Times per Week

We’ve modified our membership plans to account for a diversity of schedules and budgets. You can pay monthly or up to 12 months in advance with significant discounts.

TRAINING

BC Endurance schedules three weekly workouts into a year-long training period. Our workouts are precisely structured to build five long-distance race abilities. Our annual training program culminates in a December goal-event that serves as a benchmark on the road to long-term health and fitness.

EDUCATION

The annual BC Endurance education program includes small-group classes, audio-visual programs, and debriefing after workouts and races. We inquire into and solve the perennial health and fitness problems to ensure continued learning and application throughout the year.
