Event Details

Building basic fitness (stamina, flexibility, strength, and body composition) for Baby Boomers (ages 57-75). 

  • March 14, training began. 
  • May 21, training ends. 
  • Workout schedule: Monday’s and Wednesdays (via telephone conference call) at 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays (in person) at 7 a.m.   
  • Locations:  Individuals can start from any convenient location on the weeknights and the group meets at various locations for the weekend walks. 
  • Facilitator:  Brian Clarke. 
  • Tuition: Flat fee, $250.
