The BC Endurance Training helped me to stay on track with my workout goals and introduced me to a wonderful community of people. The conference-call workouts kept me accountable and more likely to show up for myself and others. And the guidance from Brian was so helpful! It was also nice to run with the company of friends.
Our conversations on overall health, effective sleep, and sensible eating were added bonuses. Brian is an excellent listener. He is a master at facilitating in-depth discussions of meaningful topics in the new cellphone medium.
