Managing Your Online BC Membership Plan
Once you sign up for a BC Endurance membership plan, your BC Endurance Account page (find the “Account” link on the main menu) will have the following tabs: Home, Subscriptions, Transactions, and Logout (note, you will also see a link titled “courses” which is currently not activated within BC Endurance). Here is how each of those tabs works:
Home. On this tab, you will be able to see AND edit all of the information that you entered during the registration process. To edit any of the fields, simply click the entry box, make any edits, and then click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
Subscription Information. Including the following column headers:
-
- Membership. Shows the name of the subscription along with the subscription’s unique ID given by the gateway processor.
- Subscription. Shows if the renewal status of the subscription (either enabled to rebill, paused, or stopped if the subscription has been cancelled). The billing terms of the subscription along with the next billing date will be shown if applicable.
-
- Active. Shows one of two things, a green ‘Yes’, or a red ‘No’. ‘Yes’ means that the user’s subscription is active and that they will have access to your protected content. ‘No’ means that the user’s subscription is inactive and will not have access to your protected content.
- Created. Shows the day the subscription was created.
- Card Exp. Shows the expiration date of the user’s credit card. This column will be blank if the user signed up via a PayPal account OR if the subscription price was free.
- Manage your subscriptions. On the far right of each subscription, the last column will present the following available options.
- Update – this option is conditional on the user having an active, automatically recurring subscription. Clicking this link will allow your users to update their credit card information. If the user signed up with a PayPal account then they will be shown a link to update their account information directly at paypal.com
- Change Plan – Clicking this will trigger the ‘Change Plan Pop-Up’ where you can easily upgrade or downgrade to a plan that fits your needs.
- Pause – If you have an active, automatically recurring subscription, clicking this will pause your subscription.
- Resume – this option is conditional on having a paused, automatically recurring subscription. It may take up to 24 hours for the new billing to fully process and update your subscription to active should the latest transaction already have expired.
- Cancel – this option is conditional on having an active, automatically recurring subscription – one-time subscriptions such as the free 2-week trial will NOT have a cancel option because there is no future billing to avoid. Clicking this will cancel any future billings for the subscription. Note: The subscription will only become inactive once all future billings have been canceled AND the last transaction associated with the subscription has expired.
- Subscribe/Renew – these links can be used if you would like to repurchase a past membership. If your subscription is expired and has no other memberships active in the same upgrade path Group, it will say Subscribe. If you can manually renew and it is not expired, it will say Renew.
Payments. The Payments tab of the account page is used to show all payments that you have made during the lifetime of your user profile, including the following columns:
-
- Date – this column will show the date that the payment was made.
- Total – this column will show the total price of the payment.
- Membership – this column will show the name of the Membership the payment was for.
- Method – this column will show the name of the payment method selected that billed the payment.
- Status – this column will show the status of the transaction. Options are Complete, Pending, or Failed.
- Invoice – this column will show the unique transaction ID for the payment. This should match exactly what can be found in the payment gateway for the payment.
Logout. This is simply a logout link. When you click this option, you will be logged out of the BC Endurance website.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Is it possible to sign up for more than one 2-week free trial? No. When your 2-week trial is up, please select the membership plan that best suits your budget and schedule.
- If I sign up for the free 2-week trial, but I pay for a subscription before the two weeks is up, when does my subscription start? Your ongoing BC Endurance membership subscription will become active from the day you process the payment.
- If I pause my subscription and then start attending workouts again, what’s the restart procedure? You will need to log in to your account page, navigate to “Subscriptions” and select the subscription that you would like to resume.
- If my subscription is on pause, do I still have access to the members-only content? No, access to members-only content is contingent on having an active, paid subscription. But when you resume your subscription your access will automatically resume as well.
- If I cancel, do I have member access? How do I restart if I want to? Once you cancel a subscription, you will have access to members-only content until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, you will need to subscribe to a new membership plan in order to regain access to members-only content and regular workouts.
- What should I do if I cancel when I should have paused. How do we correct that? Renew – use this link in the subscriptions tab of your account if you would like to repurchase a past membership.
- What if I forget to pause when I go out of town, can I get a refund for the unused portion of my subscription? We ask that you advise Brian Clarke or a team leader if you plan to miss more than two weeks of workouts. If you alert us to a planned absence and forget to pause your subscription, we will issue you a refund pro-rated for the amount of time you missed. We will not issue refunds for unannounced absences.
