How does BC Endurance membership work?
BC Endurance Training is a fee-for-service model based on recurring membership subscriptions. Your membership fees pay for full access to our weekly in-person workouts, educational courses, and members-only content online (informational, educational and workout planning).
This four-month membership is exclusive to the Mile-to-Marathon program and does not renew automatically.
If you would like to continue training after the marathon, you can sign up for one of our standard memberships, which are billed as a recurring subscription that renew on a monthly, quarterly, biannual or annual basis. You can pay month-to-month, or up to 12 months in advance with discounts of up to 20%. You can also pay for 1, 2 or 3 workouts per week.
You can change, pause or cancel your membership subscription at any time.
Can I change my membership plan before it expires?
Yes! You can make changes to your existing membership plan from your account page on our website. You can select a different plan entirely, or pause/cancel your subscription at any time.
How should I decide how many workouts to sign up for?
The more workouts you sign up for, the greater the discount on our monthly fee of $60. From the community perspective, we want you to attend as often as possible throughout the year because this strengthens your relationships within the training group as well as your health and fitness. From a personal scheduling perspective, we encourage you to consider your time commitments on a long-term (ideally year-round) basis. Remember, you can always put your membership on hold if you need a hiatus of 2 weeks or more.
What is your refund policy?
We grant full or partial refunds in circumstances where you are unable to cancel or pause your membership directly. Please contact us directly at brian@bcendurancetrainings.com if you need to request a refund.
