Program Description. Join us for an empowering 9-week clinic that isn’t just about crossing the finish line; it’s an investment in your long-term health, fitness, and well-being.
Qualifications. Whether you’re a first-timer, leisure athlete, or master, this clinic welcomes everyone keen on diving into the world of triathlons.
Workout Schedule. The 9-week schedule starts with a first workout on Tuesday, June 4, and continues through the August 4 Na Wahine/Na Kane race date.

- Tuesdays: start at 6:00 pm at the Kailua Boat Ramp (map link); swim and run.
- Thursdays: 6:00 pm, Lagoon Drive; bike and brick work.
- Sundays: 7:30 am, Various Locations; swim bike and or run, mini-Tri’s.
2-Week Enrollment Period. The first two weeks (June 14 to 18) of the training are an enrollment period, during which you may try the training to see whether it works for you. You may drop out then without incurring any fee obligation, including the deposit.
