The Hard Easy System Brief Course

A 22-minute video, covering 11 lessons summarising the gamet of hard-easy system concepts so you can apply them to your current training and racing.  See the course syllabus below.  Watch the introduction and first lesson for free, and pay $30 for the remaining 10 lessons.

The goal is to identify several cases to study during an ensuing training period, where you and others might learn from your experience of better understanding your training and racing using the concepts in the lessons (see syllabus and content overview).
