Beginner Training (Apr-May)

Beginner Introductory Training.

The Program.  If you are not ready for the intermediate Summer Swim Training (see below), you can sign up for our 5-week beginner program, which could get you up to speed for the intermediate-level Summer Swim Training.  

Workouts and Schedule 

      • The 5-week program begins on Monday, April 8, 2024 and ends on Saturday, May 11, 2024.
      • Mondays and Wednesdays at the Magic Island Lagoon meeting at 5:15 p.m., entering the water at 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays meeting at the main Magic Island restroom next to the Magic Island parking lot starting at 9:00 a.m.

Tuition.  A flat rate of $95.  Come once, twice or three times a week.

If you’re unsure if this is for you: Fill out the pre-program questionnaire and one of our coaches will contact you.  We will also send an email announcement before we start on April 10, with details on where to meet the group.

Intermediate Swimmer Technique Clinic
