Workouts and Schedule
The 5-week program begins on Monday, April 10, 2023 and ends on Saturday, May 13, 2023.
Mondays and Wednesdays at the Magic Island Lagoon starting at 5:15 p.m. (you should be in the water at 5:30 p.m.), and Saturdays meeting at the main Magic Island restroom next to the Magic Island parking lot starting at 9:00 a.m.
Special Swim Technique Program for Intermediate Swimmers: Same start and end dates as the beginner training (see above), but Mondays and Wednesdays only. Contingent on having adequate numbers and coaching.
Cost: flat rate of $50.
