Sensible Eating – Members




$30 for athletes currently enrolled in one of the training programs. $50 for everyone else.

Sensible Eating is a three-part course in which students inquire into all the habits they employ in becoming nourished, including the kinds and amounts of food they eat, the way they schedule meals during the day, and even including the way they chew and digest their food.

Class 1 – Substitutions, Portions, and the New-Look You
Class 2 – Filling, Chewing, Digesting, and Defecating
Class 3 – Craving and Objects of Desire
