Meet at Palolo Valley District Park in the parking lot on the corner of Palolo Avenue and Kiwila Street at 5:30 p.m. This is a hill workout in the back of the valley where we have been before. Brian will teach new comers the basics of correct hill training.

Meet at the Paradise Park parking lot at 6:30 a.m. We are meeting early to avoid the tourists and parking fees. The trail to the falls is built for tourists so it's very tame. It would be an excellent way to introduce your friends to the trail training which begins on Saturday, May 31.
