Meet at Kahala Mall (the tables in front of Whole Foods) at 5:30 p.m. This will be a 60-minute slow-and-easy recovery run out and back through the golf course sub division (enter at Waikui Street, across from Star of the Sea School). On the call, we will debrief from the Hapalua race.

Meet at the intersection of Farmer's Road and Kolohala at 5:30 p.m. for a tempo interval workout (6 x 6-minutes, with one minute rest intervals). Read Brian's blog articles on "Understanding Tempo Intervals" and "Comfortable Tempo Training" so you understand the ability-building purpose of the workout.
Meet at 7:00 a.m. (NOTE TIME Changed from 6:30) in the parking lot behind the Diamond Head Theater (520 Makapuu Avenue). This will be a visualization run on the Hibiscus half-marathon course, which is also part of the Honolulu Marathon course.
