Meet at the Pacific Club, 1451 Queen Emma Street. We will walk/jog to Nimitz Highway to view the warm-up route to the start of the Great Aloha Run this coming Monday.

Meet at the Pacific Club (1451 Queen Emma Street). Park on the street. Stretch and walk/jog to the start.
Meet at Kakaako Waterfront Park at 5:30 p.m. This is a 60-minute recovery run with your group on the King's Runner 10K course through Ala Moana Park and back, with a race debrief on the call.
Meet at Thomas Square (near the Victoria Street restroom). This is our final tempo interval workout (3 x 3-minutes; 2 x 1-minute; 1 minute rest) before the first training period's goal race: The King's Runner 10K. It's also an opportunity to visualize the start and finish of the race.
This is a taper run (light exertion for 75 minutes). Meet at Waterfront Park at 5:30 and start the workout at 5:40. Meet at 5:30 p.m. at Kahala Mall (Whole Foods). This is a 75-minute recovery run in the valleys mauka of the mall, starting at 6:00 p.m. The post race debrief will continue during the zoom call at 6 p.m.
This is the first of four enrollment period workouts. Please bring a guest who is interested in doing the Hapalua/Hibiscus half-marathon training during the next three months. We will review the techniques for running up and down hills. There will be a potluck brunch after the 60-minute workout. Please bring a comfortable beach chair.
