Meet at 5:30 p.m. at Kahala Mall (Whole Foods). This is a 75-minute recovery run in the valleys mauka of the mall, starting at 6:00 p.m. The post race debrief will continue during the zoom call at 6 p.m.
This is the first of four enrollment period workouts. Please bring a guest who is interested in doing the Hapalua/Hibiscus half-marathon training during the next three months. We will review the techniques for running up and down hills. There will be a potluck brunch after the 60-minute workout. Please bring a comfortable beach chair.
