    Meet at the intersection of Farmers Road and Kolohala Street (in Waialae Kahala) at 5:30 p.m. This is a tempo interval workout (7 x 7 minutes at your half-marathon pace). There will be a 45-minute community affairs meeting from 6 to 6:45 p.m. Please tune in.

    Meet at Kahala Mall (the tables in front of Whole Foods) at 5:30 p.m. This will be a 60-minute slow-and-easy recovery run out and back through the golf course sub division (enter at Waikui Street, across from Star of the Sea School). On the call, we will debrief from the Hapalua race.
