Meet at the Paradise Park parking lot at 6:30 a.m. We are meeting early to avoid the tourists and parking fees. The trail to the falls is built for tourists so it's very tame. It would be an excellent way to introduce your friends to the trail training which begins on Saturday, May 31.
Meet at Kahala Mall (Whole Foods) at 5:30 p.m. This is an 90-minute run in the Kaimuki area (the course we missed a week ago because of rain). Athletes who did the race yesterday will cut the course and the workout to 60 minutes.
