  • New Year Saturday 1st Workout

    This is the first of six orientation workouts required for all participants. Meet at Brian's place (4133 Sierra Drive). Park on street; meet at carport. Be prepared for 60-minute workout, a potluck brunch, an educational program on hill training, and a guest event (bring a friend you'd like to see with you in the training).
