Meet at Kilauea District Park (4109 Kilauea Avenue) in the recreation center parking lot. This is a visualization run for the Johnny Faerber 10K (next Sunday, February 2).
This is a tempo interval workout with your group. The Honolulu group will meet in the Waikiki Shell parking lot. The workout consists of 8 x 2-minute tempo intervals and 2 x 1-minute up-tempo intervals with 30 seconds rest between all intervals. Injured athletes will walk slowly around the park.
This is a 60-minute, light exertion taper run in anticipation of the Johnny Faerber 10K this Sunday morning. The Honolulu group will meet in the Waikiki Shell parking lot. The workout will consist of a visualization run on the first mile of the JF course.
This is the second class, meeting at Brian's place (4133 Sierra Drive) at 7:00 a.m. NOTE Time. We will start with coffee and pastry, continue with a 2-hour workshop on the topic of meditation, followed by potluck pasta brunch in anticipation of the Johnny Faerber 10K the next morning.
